Call Center Agent - Appointment Setting

About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join a fast-paced team supporting personal improvement services. This role focuses on inbound and outbound appointment setting-no cold calling required. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them schedule consultations and providing exceptional support.
